Substance Use, Mental Health & Dual-Diagnosis Assessments

Cost: $300 per assessment

Includes:

• Comprehensive clinical interview

• Review of relevant history

• Written report with clear, practical recommendations

Reports are typically completed within one week.

Individual Therapy

Cost:

• 60 minutes: $175

• 45 minutes: $150

• 30 minutes: $100

Wellness Coaching

Cost:

• 60 minutes: $100

• 45 minutes: $75

• 30 minutes: $50

Coaching provides structured, non-clinical support focused on goal-setting, accountability, and personal growth.

Coaching services do not replace therapy or assessment services.

Clinical Consulting

Consulting services are tailored based on scope, complexity, and duration.

• Hourly Consultation: $150–$250/hour

• Ongoing or contract-based consulting: Custom pricing

Training & Workforce Development

Training rates vary based on topic, length, and format.

• Half-Day Training (up to 4 hours): Starting at $1,000

• Full-Day Training: Starting at $1,800

Clinical Supervision

• Individual: $100/hour

• Dyadic: $50 per person/hour

• Group: $35 per person/hour

Supervised Parent Visitation

• $100 per hour

• Mileage billed at current IRS rate

Includes professional supervision and optional court-ready documentation.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 50% fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
